Inaugural Revival a success
The inaugural Ingliston Revival event was a great success with car owners, the public and invited guests enjoying a weekend of all things Ingliston Circuit and cars.
The event, which was the first to take place on the full Ingliston Circuit for over 20 years, saw many veterans of old Ingliston come and re-live the memories and a new generation of enthusiasts come and see what was used to be the jewel in the Scottish motorsport crown. Thousands os spectators watched the track-action across the weekend whilst away from the track, visitors enjoyed a huge amount of hospitality and experiences available to all.
Across the event, over 300 vehicles took part including a car concourse displaying fantastic classic vehicles, a manufacturer concourse showing new prestige and performance models and the supercar driving experience team who offered a wide-range of cars for the public to drive on-track.
Sandy Bloomer, event Director said “The Inaugural revival was a fantastic event and the culmination of efforts of the entire Revival team over the last year. Despite the weather, we had a great turnout of public visitors. We’re looking forward to taking our learning and helpful feedback from the event into the 2016 Ingliston Revival.
From all the team we are grateful to everybody who took part and look forward to welcoming everyone back next year.”
Dates to be announced shortly.
